Our Vision and Mission:
CMHA promotes the mental health of all and supports the resilience and recovery of people experiencing mental illness. The CMHA accomplishes this mission through advocacy, education, research and service.
Our Goals:
- To Bring Mental Health issues to the attention of the community.
- To examine the mental health implications of social, political, and economic conditions.
- To promote self-responble mental health and well-being for all individuals.
- To advocate for, encourage and support the highest possible quality of mental health services.
Our Logo: The Fanciful Person
The fanciful person characterises the abstract human figure and symbolizes the development of the whole person. The four solid triangles represent the associations four areas of activity: community service, social action, public education, and research.
The Roles and Work of the Cowichan Valley Branch
One in four people in our community will have to deal with mental illness in his or her lifetime. As a well established, community-based, service delivery organization, we know that our ability to maintain services is a significant factor in providing an increased quality of life for many community members.

Warmland House is now doing the Good food Box Program that came from Providence Farm. The Good Food Box is 10.00 a bag and has a mixture of Fruits and Vegetables. Please drop by Warmland House located on 2579 Lewis Street. Cash only please.
